In WBL we focused on reinventing a machine still present in many Italian and foreign wineries, but which needed some improvement.
Our revolutionary washer / dryer combines on a single carousel the two phases of washing and drying. Its development produced the following revolutionary advantages:

Our washer / dryer machine is the most compact in the world: the combined washing / drying carousel optimizes the working areas and facilitates the insertion in fixed or mobile line.

The automatic brush shape recognition system envelops the bottle completely and eliminates the format change, in favour of the working efficiency.

Washing System
The brushing motion increases from 1 to 3 axes and the cleaning process is therefore much more effective.

Self-lubricating
The regular maintenance related to lubrication is eliminated. Moreover, the circulating grease no longer mixes with the washing water, avoiding the risk of polluting it.

Device
Water is carefully and efficiently dosed in a closed station, avoiding dispersions and saving up to 50% compared to the traditional machines.
Machine
Always Clean
The “vertical draining” washing movement in a closed station prevents water from being scattered around the machine. This is a key element to realize the combined drying phase.
Brush Wear
Automatic Compensation
The “tactile” washing device requires the brushes to advance towards the bottle up to the contact, recognizing its shape. Therefore, the wear over time is compensated by the system, which is adapted to the new working conditions.

Our innovative air-drying system, in addition to optimizing the space required for the function, requires a minimum adjustment on the size, reducing the operator’s management impact.
