At WBL we have focused all our energies on reinventing a machine present in many Italian and foreign cellars. Our bottle washer (washer and dryer) aims to bring innovation to a sector that has been stagnant for several years. Its world-unique technology allows both washing and drying phases to be performed on a single carousel.

The combined technology enables washing and drying on a single carousel, optimizing space. This world-unique technology allows for extremely compact dimensions, facilitating integration into fixed or mobile production lines.

Technology
The automatic shape-recognition brush system completely wraps around the bottle and eliminates format changes, improving work practicality with a consequent reduction in line downtime.
3 Axes
Washing System
The brushing motion occurs on three axes: while the bottle rotates at high speed, the brushes adapt to the bottle’s shape without needing format changes, exert pressure on it, and simultaneously vibrate at high frequency.

Self-Lubricating
There will be no need for lubrication points, resulting in reduced ordinary maintenance time and costs. Additionally, circulating grease no longer mixes with the washing water, preventing contamination.

Washing
Water is intelligently dosed onto the bottle only where and when needed within a closed station, avoiding waste and achieving up to 90% savings compared to a traditional machine.

Always Clean
The “vertical draining” washing movement within a closed station prevents water from splashing out and spreading throughout the machine. This element is fundamental for achieving combined drying.

Wear Compensation
The “tactile” washing device allows the brushes to advance toward the bottle until contact, recognizing its shape. Therefore, wear over time is compensated by the system that adapts to new working conditions.
